La machine est morte alors que j'étais connecté par ssh. Apparemment un stalled-NFS qui a dégénéré… Finalement le problème a pu être résolu avec un:
shutdown -r -n now
Avant, j'ai tenté de faire un top, le résultat est intéressant:
